Is this true? Possibly. Maybe. I would say sometimes, often.
We don't always want our art to be a certain way. We don't often want our art to end up the way it does. We're not always in touch with our will. Sometimes it's subconscious, and that's how things end up the way they do. Because of these, art can be a wildcard. Creativity might bring forth something not unwanted, but unanticipated. Even people who do the same thing over and over can change, develop, evolve.
All of these are exceptions, I would think. Generally I would agree, but there's always the variables.
That is very true, I see how that would work. I thought that little tidbit would be good food for thought, I had it written for my english paper about supporting the arts, and I wanted to see the different ways it might be interpreted.
